Recovering JotForm Forms

Our integration with JotForm makes it super easy to create all kinds of forms. One of the reasons it's so easy is that you don't even need to create a JotForm account. You simply create a form, enter you email, and you're done. The downside to this is that if you delete your cookies or use another browser, you won't be able to access your form to edit or view submissions. To recover your form(s), you just need to create a JotForm account with the same email you used to create your form. If you find yourself not being able to edit or view submissions just follow these easy steps:

 

1. Login to Sidengo and go to your site builder.

2. Click on the "Edit" button (pencil icon) to open up the edit window.

3. Once the Edit window is open, click on Sign Up (as shown below). Create a JotForm account with the SAME email you used to create the form in the first place (it is the email to which form submissions are sent to). (If after you click on "Create my account" nothing happens, try clicking on it again. Alternatively, you could create an account directly in JotForm, just remember to use the same email that you created the form with.)

If you already have a JotForm account, click on Sign In and enter your JotForm username and password.

4. Now you will see your forms. Just click on the form you want to edit and then click "Edit Form". 


 

In sum, if you can't access your forms, then create a JotForm account (either from the site builder or directly in jotform.com) with the SAME email you used to create the form. After you have created your account and you are logged into JotForm, you will be able to access your form from the builder.
